We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact INFO@SOCIALSCULPT.COM and we’ll be happy to serve you.  We are not responsible for lost orders with the incorrect address.  Once your order is placed it cannot be modified.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
